1. How long does it take to receive an order once it is placed?
   Orders are processed the same day CSD receives them. Most packages ship within 2-3 days. If you need faster service, write "Rush" on your order form and we will expedite your order.
    
2. How do I figure out shipping charges?
   In many cases shipping charges are included. Click on the "Vendor" button on any item for terms or call BSD Customer Service at 1-800-818-7486.
    
3. Do I have to have a P.O. number to order from CSD?
   No, you do not have to have a P.O. to order from CSD.
    
4. Can anyone order online?
   Anyone authorized by their organization can order online. To obtain a username and password for your organization, have your organization's purchasing agent contact CSD.
    
5. Are all of CSD's catalogs and products available online?
   Yes! All of our vendors and products are included on the website - that is more than 100 vendors and 40,000 products!
