Membership is FREE for all Missouri and Illinois K-12 school districts and all Missouri Governmental agencies.

Becoming a member of the Cooperative Purchasing program is easy:

  1. Fill out the form below
  2. Click on the "Send button" to automatically e-mail the form to CSD.
  3. In a few days you will receive a membership packet in the mail. Fill out the enclosed membership application and return it to CSD. Your account should be up and running within a few days.
